Meet Amanda,

For much of my life, I believed that healing had to look serious.

I know what it’s like to wake up exhausted before the day even begins. To live with chronic pain, autoimmune challenges, digestive issues, hormonal changes, and the invisible weight of feeling like your body has become someone you no longer recognize.

I’ve experienced the frustration of being told everything looks “normal” while knowing deep down that something wasn’t right.

My own journey through chronic illness led me to study everything I could about gut health, lymphatics, inflammation, skin health, and the incredible ways our bodies are designed to heal when they’re given the right support. Along the way, I discovered something unexpected:

Healing doesn’t have to feel clinical. It can feel beautiful.

When you’re living with chronic illness, it’s easy to put yourself last. You stop buying the dress. You stop wearing lipstick. You stop looking in the mirror with kindness because you’re just trying to survive. I believe we deserve more than survival.

I believe that feeling feminine, radiant, and confident isn’t superficial, it’s part of healing. Looking in the mirror and seeing yourself again can restore hope in ways that lab work never measures. Beauty isn’t separate from wellness; for many of us, it’s one of the first signs that we’re beginning to come back to life. That’s why I created Advanced Gut Vitality.

Here, we combine evidence-informed wellness with regenerative aesthetics to support both how you feel and how you see yourself. Whether we’re working to calm inflammation, restore gut health, relieve chronic pain, improve your skin, or simply help you reconnect with your confidence, every treatment is designed with one goal in mind, to help you feel at home in your body again.
